Pending Motions

This category of discussion is specifically designed for Fredericksburg Patriot Members to discuss pending motions prior to the General Membership Meeting where the motion will be voted on. Prior to posting motions here, your Board of Directors have already had extensive discussions about the topic, and have voted themselves that the timing is right to bring this motion before you, the membership. We commit to having such items posted here 15 days prior to the General Membership Meeting, as currently required by our by-laws. We value your time, and in order to facilitate meetings that start and end on time, this forum is one tool we encourage members to utilize prior to the meeting. Committing your opinions to writing tend to aid one in presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner, as well as solidifying your views. Based on these premises, at the actual meeting, prior to the vote, when time is given to speak on the issue, priority will be given to those who took the time to discuss here first.
