- I was active-duty Coast Guard for 23 years and retired in 2006. My rating was Public Affairs Specialist and for the last six years of my enlistment, I was assistant editor/design and layout and then editor/design and layout for the last four of those years.
Before that I spent four years in the Recruit Advertising Branch.
I have Quark XPress (although an older version), Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Mac Word Suite on my computer.
I do have several health issues, which cause a lot of pain and other symptoms, but I can help with design and editing if needed. Just give me a heads up so I have time to work on the project.

Thank you for being a Fellow Fredericksburg Virginia Patriot Voting Member.
As a Chairman candidate I’m looking forward to seeing you at the Election in July!
Because a Quorum is necessary to elect a Chairman and Treasurer and vote on the proposed changes to the Bylaws, your participation is critical to help move our group forward.
I encourage you to get acquainted with our Bylaws, as revised July, 2012, as well as with the proposed changes.
I’d gladly welcome the opportunity to personally meet with you to hear your concerns and suggestions for how the Fredericksburg Virginia Patriots can stand strong for First Principle Absolute Conservative values.
When you think about the ideals that gave birth to America and the First Principle Absolute Conservative values that made us the most free, the most prosperous and greatest nation on earth, then you will understand what I am all about and why under my Chairmanship we Fredericksburg Virginia Patriots will continue to protect, preserve and reclaim our freedoms and liberties for the next generation.
To that end then I ask for your vote of support in the July General Membership meeting at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Salem Church Library, 2607 Salem Church Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
As Chairman I will uncompromisingly stand and continue fighting for our Core Principles!

In just two weeks, America will remember the 9th anniversary of the attacks on our nation. Many of our neighbors were working in the Pentagon that fateful day, and as founder of “Thank You Vets”, I am organizing the 2nd annual Freedom Walk in downtown Fredericksburg from 1-4PM on Saturday September 11th.
First District Congressman Rob Whittman will speak, there will be live music from Patriot and retired Veteran Lisa Mei Norton of Stafford, and many other speakers and activities.
This is an activity on the events calendar of FredVaPats, so I encourage you to come, bring your families and friends, and be prepared for an “old fashioned patriotic” event as we remember 9/11/01, and honor those Veterans who have/are fighting to maintain our Freedoms.
